I FIND it disgusting that MPs are getting a huge rise for the little hours that they work. The sorest part is having Iain Duncan Smith on the sidelines at the Queen's speech looking complacent while probably wondering how to hit the poor and vulnerable next.

I watched a documentary in which a single mother who was 10 minutes late for her job centre and was cut from benefits for one month. The tip of the iceberg. I wonder how Mr I D Smith and his pals can sleep at night in their mansions. Simple - they are all right Jack.

GLASGOW City Council and Shelter were warned by Unison when public housing in Glasgow was privatised that homelessness would rise. It has. Housing Associations need to maximise their profitability, sorry surplus, therefore rental income is king not social welfare. Homelessness is not seen as their problem. Undo the privatisation before it's too late for our children.

On the dog double row, I don't know why so many people are getting so upset. It was entertaining. How many films have you been to with big Hollywood stars having stunt doubles and even some just having a body double, without the producer saying so in the prefilm adverts.

So all the people who complain get a life.

SAUCHIEHALL Street plans - more student flats, just what this city needs, a money making machine for part of the year then what? Are students not already well catered for?

LOVED watching the new Fastlink lanes open for business on my way home from work.

I approached one busy junction where there is a split for Fastlink and while I looked at the empty lanes, it was chaos in the traffic lanes.

Cars piling into packed lanes and stuck at traffic lights is just ridiculous.

I think powers at be will need to think about allowing taxis at the very least to use Fastlink and ease the continued congestion in the city somehow.

I SEE Glasgow now has it's very own love lock bridge. It took some time for the Paris one to build up the locks over the years, but it has become some attraction. Maybe this will be the latest city tourist attraction.
