COULD it be a waste of time and money? What was or is there any success criteria for the new hospital bus link. I would love to see the results. Empty buses occasionally use wide expanses of road. Queues of other cars build up causing much frustration and no doubt pollution whilst perfectly good Tarmac lies empty. Not to mention the confusion of road layout and associated traffic lights which are border line dangerous in my opinion, like the success criteria I would also like to see the risk assessment? As I say just my opinion, I'm sure the council can correct me. Think I might ask for road tax rebate due to amount of road space in Glasgow I now can't use.

I AM sick of the endless moans from and about the women who in their younger days decided that they would opt out of the pension scheme.

In completing and signing the relevant form they stated that they had read and understood what they were doing. Most did not read the leaflet.

How do I know this? I worked in the DSS in the 60s/70s and tried to persuade women to think of

future. The 'married woman's ' opt out was ended in the mid 70s.

I'M sorry for those who face uncertainty over continued employment at HMRC. This will however give the SNP a chance to beat their drum again but let us remember that when highly skilled jobs were lost at JVC and Freescale (Motorola) in East Kilbride. The SNP were conspicuous by the absence, which was to be expected as at that time the town had a labour MSP and MP.

May I also issue two warnings to HMRC. Firstly you may find it hard to retain staff over the next five year when you still have a vital job to do. Secondly 'digital by default' will probably prove to be as big a damp squib as all the other IT projects which have been started and abandoned in recent years.

HOW do people end up passing their driving tests these days.

On my way home from work I witnessed three occasions of poor and dangerous driving and that was only in town with a 30mph speed limit. I shudder to think what they are like on the motorways and how much they are putting other people in danger.
