I HAVE had my fill of Krispy Kreme.

For years we have all been enjoying our traditional Scots doughnut. Whether it be sugar coated, custard filled, rings or jam fillings, who can resist them.

Generations have enjoyed them and I think we Scots are used to them.

Now we have a new kid on the block, well maybe we need someone to conduct a thorough taste examination. I would happily volunteer and I think I already know what my favourite make would be.

I SAY good luck to the jannies who want extra pay for doing some jobs (Evening Times, December 2).

As a parent, I know our jannies are the backbone of many a school, turning their hands to just about anything to keep the school functioning and often out in all weathers, too..

I don’t know how much they get paid but I’m willing to bet it’s not a king’s ransom – an extra £1,000 would still be great value.

MUCH as I love the Continental Market that comes at Christmas, is the space outside the St Enoch Centre really big enough for it? The place is always so mobbed it detracts from the pleasure. Surely there must be somewhere else in the city centre where it could have a bit more space.
