READING the latest news about Theresa May saying she is going to be a bloody difficult woman in negotiations, as she has no idea what is going to transpire after Brexit she obviously needs reined in.

The Europeans have no idea what is going to happen next either because they do not have a plan B.

As the British people have voted to leave, why do our MEPs still have their snouts in the trough of the EU Parliament they have been voted out?

As it appears they are not going to be involved in negotiations they should be recalled immediately.

Disgraceful

THE silence from the SFA, SFPA, Rangers FCand the media over the racism directed to Celtic player Scott Sinclair is disgraceful.

All are quick to jump on board various anti-racist PR exercises but it would appear reality in having to deal with it is another thing.

Yet another example of Scotland’s Shame.

Political friends?

HOW appropriate that Alistair Darling was campaigning for Edinburgh South’s Ian Murray - the only Labour MP in Scotland.

I wonder if he used the same knife to stab Jeremy Corbyn in the back, as Mr Murray did when resigning from the Shadow cabinet just when his leader was looking for all the support he could muster.

Mr Darling has now told the country that Labour has no chance of winning the general election under the leadership of Mr Corbyn.

What a shocking statement coming from a former labour government minister.

There is obviously an element in the Labour Party, including yesterday’s politicians such as Blair, Campbell and Darling, who would rather see Labour defeated in order that they can manoeuvre to unseat him for losing the election.

If there was any loyalty in these individuals they would be uniting behind their leader instead of undermining him.

With friends like these who needs political enemies.

Money pit

WHEN the airport charges first came in, everyone couldn’t believe it.

Now Glasgow Airport, years later, has doubled the charge to £2. A 100% increase for what?

As soon as you’re in the airport you’re spending money.

Soon they’ll be charging to drop off at Braehead and Silverburn.
