Scottish Labour leader Jim Murphy asks us to trust him and his party while claiming expenses for two cans of Irn Bru costing £1.30.

Politicians truly live on another planet if they believe they can convince us they are honest, they are truly the biggest con merchants on the planet.

Made in Scotland from girders indeed, perhaps brass would fit round his neck better.

Re your article in Tuesday's Evening Times about the World Gymnastics being held in The Hydro, if I want a seat near the action I would have to take out a bank loan to be able to afford it.

I might add that most attractions at The Hydro are beyond my financial reach two tickets for most of the events cost between £50 and £200. As a pensioner I simply have more important calls on my finances.

SNP want a Labour government says Curran, has Margaret Curran missed something? Wake up Margaret. Your party changed over to being Tories years ago.

The Blue Tories were wiped out years ago, now its the turn of the lying Red Tories.

London Labour will soon be closing down their branch office in Scotland.

Given Labours track record on helping Scotland's solve poverty issues, no one will miss them.

I was reading about David Moyes donating thousands for sports project at Glasgow park.

A great gesture Davie. I remember playing for the 253rd Boys Brigade on the old ash pitches which were horrendous. Whiteinch Park was my oasis when I was growing up and should be nurtured so young and old can enjoy in the future.
