What great news for Glasgow City Council's, ruling Labour Group.
Their much delayed Fastlink (bus-disguised as a tram) project will ensure Glasgow's motorists will be hit once again; first by a raft of new traffic restrictions, and then a plethora of fines, which will be most welcome to swell the council's coffers.
The lot of them should hang your heads in shame.
Motorists of Glasgow be warned, avoid Govan if you want to go anywhere.

Fair routes?
What is going to happen when the annual Govan Fair procession tries to wind it's way along the local roads in June 2014?
Will the Fastlink put a stop to this?

Cut back MPs
I could not believe what I was reading when I saw that MPs are getting an 11% wage rise.
If they can cut council budgets and offer staff a 1% wage rise, and not backfill vacant posts because of budget cuts, how about we cut MPs back and freeze their wages?

Point scoring
When is the political debate about Scottish independence going to rise above the levels of the playground?
It is cringe worthy listening to our MSPs trying to score cheap political points on this most important topic.

Twerking twerp
So, the wholesome Miley Cyrus is bringing her show to Glasgow.
Let's hope the parents of Glasgow do the sensible thing and don't subject their children to her twerking.
