I AM 100% behind the campaigners wanting to retain a vital section of Victoria Park.

In your report it mentions one campaigner saying it must not fall into private hands.

I shudder at the thought. We should be protect our public parks for generations to come.

For decades families have been able to enjoy the great outdoors in our city.

Where would this all stop if we allowed one wee section to be taken over. Would we end up building on our green areas and make the city an urban concrete jungle.

Regarding courses for speeding offenders, three years ago I got a speeding ticket in the Cumbria area and considered this course in that area. It would have been good not to get three points on licence. You pay for the one day course which was a good bit more than cost of speeding fine add on the cost of travelling there too. I just decided to pay fine and get three points. Would be worth it to go on course if you had nine points already. There are not many course centres in England and Wales so if Scotland adopts this idea am sure there won't be many here either.

After moving from Manchester a couple of months ago, I don't see why TV and Film production teams have started to rule out this amazing city. Glasgow is such a beautiful place.

Whilst I was walking through Royal Exchange Square, the lights that dangle around the Gallery of Modern Art really amazed me. I stood there to soak in the atmosphere.

My second favourite place in Glasgow is Aston Lane. That would definitely make a great location for filming, especially with its antique look.

I think Bollywood should start looking in to places like this as well. Filming from the same locations in London has started to get a bit boring. Its time to venture out to other great cities.
