Whether its turning left or right or going through roundabouts many motorist are ignoring the law with apparent impunity.
I recently observed a procession of vehicles turning right at a busy junction and only around one in five bothered to indicate. Is it just laziness?
The worst offenders seem to be drivers of expensive high powered vehicles who appear to think they are exempt.

Can I, through the medium of your wonderful newspaper, highlight a few facts?
l The carers of our society are not unemployed (carers look after a loved one who is ill).
l Carers do save our Government millions each year.
l Carers do not become unemployed after a loved one dies or their caring duties end for any other reason. How you can calculate holiday time for someone who has worked 24/7 365 days a year with no or little respite is beyond me.

Glasgow City Council spent a five-figure sum floodlighting and repairing the clock face at the historic Cathcart Tower. This was a lovely addition but only lasted for about four weeks, despite many calls to the city council. What a waste of public money. It would be great if they could repair the problem. Over to GCC...

I am trying to find out about the cap badge worn by crews of the Glasgow Corporation sludge boats.
