MEMO to Charles Green.

Why the necessity for all the plans that are being rushed through less than six months into your regime?

A report in the London Times at the weekend, which quoted a source from the company in charge of Rangersimminent share issue, claimed £20million has now been secured from institutional investors - and that's before the shares get made available to the rank and file with a £500 minimum investment.

If that is indeed true, then why is there a need to sell-off the naming rights to Ibrox right now, especially if the figures being mentioned - £1.5m a season - are accurate?

Sure, it will always be known as Ibrox, and everything has it's price these days. But surely the higher Rangers climb the more valuable that kind of rights deal would become.

Slow down Charles. People were already wondering why this issue was being pressed so urgently.
