David Beckham enjoyed a winning Paris St Germain debut in a 2-0 victory over Ligue 1 title rivals Marseille.

The 37-year-old former England captain – pictured here with Joey Barton – replaced Javier Pastore in the 75th minute to the delight of the Parc des Princes crowd.

Beckham set up Zlatan Ibrahimovic for the clinching goal in stoppage time, and coach Carlo Ancelotti said: "He has brought his passing skills, his experience and tactical solutions."
