FORMER Rangers and Celtic player Kenny Miller wasn't included in the recent Scotland squad to face Croatia as Gordon Strachan's side secured a famous victory.

The absence of the Vancouver Whitecaps striker has thrown up questions over his international future.

Mark Feebers (Paisley) asks: Who are the 10 most-capped Scotland players? Does Kenny Miller make the list?

Kenny Dalglish is way out in front on 102 caps, the only player to reach triple digits. Aberdeen legends Jim Leighton (91) and Alex McLeish (77) are next, followed by two Celtic greats, Paul McStay (76) and Tom Boyd (72). New Sheffield United manager Davie Weir is the sixth most-capped Scot with 69, followed by the only man on the list who could still add to his total, Kenny Miller on 68. Christian Dailly (67), Willie Miller (65) and Danny McGrain (62) complete the top 10.

Sean Docherty (Paisley) – How many times did Sebastian Rozental and Daniel Prodan play for Rangers and how much did each cost?

Sebastian Rozental arrived in Glasgow in a £3.8million deal in January, 1997. In his home debut, he damaged the medial ligaments in a knee and was immediately ruled out for the rest of the season. Following a reported six different operations on his knee, Rozental finally left in 2000 having made 17 appearances.

Daniel Prodan arrived from Atletico Madrid in July, 1998, for £2.2m and left in January, 2001, having made a grand total of zero appearances due to a knee injury.

Young Ton Fan (Greenock) –My Granda recently told me that it is 50 years since Morton last reached a major cup final. Is he correct?

He is, indeed. Morton lost the Scottish League Cup Final 5-0 to Rangers on October 25, 1963. Despite the heavy defeat, season 1963/64 was a memorable season for the Ton. They won their first 23 league matches on the trot (a Scottish record at the time) scoring exactly 100 goals and won the old Second Division by 14 points. In all league and cup matches, they scored an amazing 164 goals, with Allan McGraw netting 58.

Morton: Brown, Boyd, Mallon, Reilly, Kiernan, Strachan, Adamson, Campbell, Stevenson, McGraw, Wilson.

Rangers: Ritchie, Shearer, Provan, Greig, McKinnon, Baxter, Henderson, Willoughby, Forrest, Brand, Watson.

SANDY (Royston) – In Celtic's Centenary show game in 1988 they played a Brazilian club at Parkhead. Can you give me the details?

On Saturday, August 6, 1988, Celtic played Brazilian side Cruzeiro. Celtic won the match 4-2. Andy Walker scored a hat-trick with Frank McAvennie getting the other. Cruzeiro player Hamilton scored twice from the penalty spot.
