FIFA president Sepp Blatter says "running away" from racism will not solve the problem.
AC Milan's Kevin-Prince Boateng and his team-mates walked off the field after he was subjected to abuse during a recent friendly with Pro Patria.
Blatter said: "I think we can never do enough to eradicate racism in football.
"But a radical solution would be the deduction of points."
