I started writing features and gig reviews for free newspapers in Aberdeen before working in various administration jobs, including in the social work unit in Aberdeen Prison.

After completing a postgraduate degree in journalism I moved to Glasgow in June 2010 to join the Evening Times.

I cover loads of subjects, from breaking news to in-depth features, and I really enjoy telling people’s stories.

I also cover Shopping Times for the paper and have an interest in fashion and style.
