Jon Daly is looking to continue his comeback from a knee op
JON DALY is determined to grab his chance to shine as he gets set to lead the Rangers attack tonight.
The striker continued his comeback from a knee op by replacing the injured Nicky Clark at half-time in the Championship tussle at Alloa. With Kenny Miller also still on the sidelines, Daly is expected to start alongside Kris Boyd in the League Cup clash at Falkirk.
He said: "I'm still trying to get back to fitness. With Nicky hurting his shoulder, I probably got longer on Saturday than was expected. The 45 minutes I played probably came ahead of schedule but if the manager needs me, I'll give him everything I have.
"You have to take your chance when it comes. If you are in the team, you have to do your best to stay in it."
