At manager Ally McCoist's invitation, the Rangers Charity Foundation once again organised this memorable event for fans in need of a boost due to a life-limiting illness, long-term disability or recent difficult experience or treatment.

The group visited the club's exclusive training ground where they enjoyed a tour of the facility and met some of the players, who were happy to sign autographs and pose for pictures.

They then watched the team go through their paces at training under McCoist's watchful eye.

The day was completed with a visit to Ibrox, where they were treated to lunch in the Members Club and a tour around the famous stadium and trophy room.

Rangers star Ian Black said: "It was great for all the players to manage to meet everyone who came along and hopefully they all enjoyed spending time with the players and watching us train at Murray Park.

"We all appreciate how much Rangers means to everyone and it is fantastic that the Rangers Charity Foundation is able to arrange such events and behalf of all the players it was an honour for us to meet them as well."
