RANGERS boss Ally McCoist will step up his squad rebuilding programme for the new Championship campaign this week as two players get set to sign on the dotted line at Ibrox.
Striker Kenny Miller is close to penning a deal that will see him join the Gers for a third time in his career while midfielder Kyle Hutton is also poised to finalise his new contract with the club.
The 23-year-old endured an injury hit campaign as McCoist's side clinched the League One crown last time out but was offered fresh terms at the end of the season as the likes of Chris Hegarty, Ross Perry and Andy Little were let go.
Hutton now looks set to extend his Ibrox stay by agreeing a one-year contract as he bids to kick-start his career and McCoist continues to build his squad for a shot at Championship title glory.
