The 25-year-old is hoping to be involved in Brazil with Honduras later this month.
However, the Gers player (left) has missed his country's warm-up games against both Turkey and Israel with a thigh strain.
Honduras have called up a replacement, Edder Delgado, in case he fails to recover from the problem.
But Peralta is confident that Delgado will not be needed and he will be available for the finals. He said: "I have faith that I will play at the World Cup.
"I have not played for a while because of medical advice, but I hope to return to full training today. I feel good and ready to help my team-mates. "The medical team here have told me to wait as a precaution and that's why I couldn't play in the games.
"The manager has been good and has spoken to me. I have 14 days to get fit for the World Cup.
"But I feel physically great and I know I will be good to play in Brazil."
