Were Rangers right to ban flare fan?

Yes. These devices are dangerous to fans. Somebody could get seriously hurt.

Plus, the incident in the Falkirk match will cost the club between £5,000 and £10,000.

Rangers can't afford to be handing out money like that. The club have sent out a message.
