The Swiss club Young Boys of Berne. I was sent off twice in my career. On both occasions, it was against Swiss clubs in Europe.

Young Boys, who we played in the European Cup- Winners' Cup in 1977, were very fly. They nipped you and raked their studs down your calf. All off the ball.

I couldn't deal with it and lamped their centre-half. Of course, the referee spotted it and red-carded me.
