In our day, players wouldn't say things like that.
Rangers know that every game will be a cup final for them again this season. Teams are out to stop them and take a scalp and make a name for themselves. I don't think players should come out and say that they are going to win every game, that is disrespectful to other teams.
If Rangers have got the right attitude then, of course, we will have a successful season, score plenty of goals and win most of our games. They should with the squad they have got.
But you could say the same about Celtic as well. They have got so much more money than anyone in the Premiership but they don't win every game.
If Rangers' attitude is right, they can have a really successful season in League One but the players shouldn't be saying so publicly. Now that Ally can choose whoever he wants, Rangers are a formidable side.
You will never get the manager or his staff making statements about what they will do or how many goals they will score, though. They are too experienced for that. You can be shot down very easily.
Rangers have probably got the second best squad of players in Scottish football at this moment in time so you would like to think that they shouldn't have too many problems in our third tier. But it is all about mentality at Rangers again this season.
If they approach games right, nobody will get near them. Rangers will give a few teams a hiding this year but it won't happen every week.
Players do lose form over the season and there are always chances for teams to cause upsets.
