Rangers player Lee McCulloch was hit by a flag pole during today's play-off final against Motherwell at Fir Park.
The Rangers captain was chasing the ball as it went over the sideline when a Motherwell fan lifted his unfurled flag and hit him.
The flag pole appeared to strike Lee McCulloch in the face just before half time.
Video footage of the incident has been shared thousands of times on social media sparking outrage amongst Rangers' fans.
Police Scotland were unable to confirm whether any action had been taken in relation to the incident.
