The defender was one of a host of new Ibrox recruits that turned out in the 3-1 defeat at Murray Park earlier this week.
But Mohnsi isn't too concerned by the loss.
"Maybe the Hibs game was a wake-up call," he told rangers.co.uk.
"It showed we need to work on a couple of things and we'll look at a video to see what mistakes we made.
"That will allow us to make sure we don't make them again.
"It was a very hard game for us because we have not played for a while.
"We lost but a lot of the team was not match-fit.
"The other team was a lot sharper and more comfortable on the ball because their players have been playing and that will help us to be ready for next weekend."
