Gers boss Ally McCoist has all nine of his new recruits available for the SPFL League One fixture as the recently bolstered Light Blue ranks bid for their fourth successive win since their registration embargo was lifted on September 1.
McCoist's side turned in a string of impressive performances while his options were limited by SPFL trialist rules and regulations.
The new-look Gers are likely to improve as the weeks go on but Corrigan is confident his Warriors squad can handle the full force of the Light Blues.
He said: "It is always good to pit your wits against the best in the country and Rangers are right up there.
"They have strengthened their squad from last season and have brought a lot of good players in. They have got the budget to do it. Their budget is far superior to anyone in this league.
"At the end of the day, whoever they play this season will be underdogs. That suits us, that is when we are at our best.
"From our point of view, it won't make a difference (that all the players are available), although they do have different personnel in their team now.
"Our players have got a gameplan for the weekend. We will set our stall out and play how we want to play."
Stenhousemuir are third in the standings heading into this afternoon's Ibrox clash, with the Ochilview manager landing the SPFL League One Manager of the Month award for their superb recent form.
