NEIL ALEXANDER (6) A straightforward afternoon for the Ibrox keeper.

Pulled off a great save to deny Sean Crighton.

ANESTIS ARGYRIOU (6) Could have been more of a threat in the final third from right-back. Switched to central midfield following Ian Black's departure.

CHRIS HEGARTY (6) Making the most of his time in the first team with Ross Perry and Emilson Cribari injured. Another good showing from the Northern Irishman.

LEE McCULLOCH (6) Rangers miss their skipper's presence in attack as he continues to fill in at the back. Rarely put a foot wrong.

LEE WALLACE (6) Wasn't really troubled defensively and while eager to get up and down the flank, his final ball often let him down.

ANDY LITTLE (5) Struggled to get into the game wide right as Rangers utilised Barrie McKay's pace on the opposite flank. Not as influential as he should have been.

IAN BLACK (6) Saw a superb long-range effort saved after 35 minutes. Injured before the half was out and never fully recovered.

LEWIS MACLEOD (6) Continued his unbroken run of games in an impressive debut season. Composed as always.

BARRIE McKAY (7) The most lively of the Gers stars and impressed on the left wing. Always looking to get involved and use his pace well.

DEAN SHIELS (7) Opened the scoring with a well-taken goal from a tight angle. Decent performance from one of Rangers' more creative influences.

KEVIN KYLE (6) Offside flag denied him an early goal. His patience was rewarded in the second half as he headed home from close range to clinch the win.

DARREN COLE (5) (for Black 58) Has had a frustrating season with injuries and will be pleased to get half an hour under his belt.

DAVID TEMPLETON (3) (for Little 72) Back in squad after lengthy lay-off. Looked bright in late cameo.

KAL NAISMITH (3) (for Kyle 83) Scored just seconds after coming on as he finished well low into the corner of the Elgin net.
