MANCHESTER United striker Robin van Persie admits, despite all his experience, he still gets a lift from younger members of the squad.
The 29-year-old played in the last World Cup final with Holland and has spent more than eight years in the Barclays Premier League.
But a move to Old Trafford in the summer has kept him fresh, with the Dutchman singling out the younger duo of Javier Hernandez, 24, and Danny Welbeck, 22.
"It goes both ways – I can learn from them as well," Van Persie said.
"For example, I love Chicharito's (Hernandez's) enthusiasm.
"A couple of weeks ago he wasn't playing as much but he was in the gym every day and that sets a big example.
"Danny, too. He's not playing in his favourite position at the moment but we need him and he's working hard."
