FORSTER (6) Staying free from frostbite in the first half was the toughest job he had.
Convinced he had been fouled when Steven Doris got ball in net from corner just after hour. Key save from Connor Birse on 77 minutes.
LUSTIG (7) As you would expect from a Swede, handled the chilly conditions well, was good in air and supported attacks whenever possible.
WILSON (7) Marshalled back three with authority. Made terrific headed clearance to block net-bound shot in first half.
MULGREW (6) Tried to use his left-foot wand to work some magic further upfield, but not his most spell-binding performance. Booked for foul second half.
MATTHEWS (7) Left-back at the Nou Camp; right-midfield at Gayfied. It's all the same to the willing Welshman who capped another good night's work with his first-ever goal for the Hoops.
BROWN (7) Growled and prowled around the centre of the park, keeping his team-mates up to their work and the opposition in check.
AMBROSE (6) Revelled in the central-midfield position normally occupied by Victor Wanyama. But needed his close control to get out of a few tight scrapes before reverting to back four.
KAYAL (8) Slowly but surely getting back to something like his best, and looked more mobile than he has been in the previous games since his return from injury. Booked in injury-time for shoving match.
IZAGUIRRE (5) Stretched Arbroath by hugging the left touchline. But, despite getting into good advanced positions, his delivery was below the required standard.
LASSAD (5) Initially, willing to drop back to link up play, and tucked away an early chance, but was just offside. Then, when presented with an even easier chance from a Samaras lay-off to put his side 2-0 up, sclaffed his shot from six yards.
SAMARAS (7) Won more than his share of high balls and looked to exploit the gaps in behind the Arbroath defence. Worked a one-two with Matthews for the goal. Booked for dissent.
HOOPER (5) On for Lassad after 65. Busy, but effects of virus he has been suffering showed.
WANYAMA (5) Replaced Izzy after 65, and helped suppress Red Lichties' growing enthusiasm.
McGEOUCH (2) Last-minute sub for Matthews.
