LOUIS LONGRIDGE is delighted his hard work is being rewarded by regular first-team football.
The striker netted the opener in Hamilton's derby win over Airdrie on Boxing Day and is set to feature against Partick Thistle this afternoon.
He said: "When I came to Hamilton I knew it was going to be hard. At the start of the season, I was in for a couple of games and then out.
"Now I am determined to keep my place. I said the next chance I got I was going to work hard to keep that position. I must be showing something if I am getting a start each week."
