DARIAN MacKINNON is hoping he's done enough to stay in gaffer Billy Reid's plans for Hamil-ton's game with Cowden-beath on Saturday.
The former Ayr player scored in Accies' 1-1 draw with Falkirk last week and is desperate to play his part in their attempt to climb away from the relegation zone.
MacKinnon said: "It may have been a pretty scrappy goal but they all count and if it helps me stay in for Cowdenbeath this weekend that would be great.
"Although we were frustrated just to take a point off Falkirk it is a point in the right direction and now we need to start stringing the results together.
"The great thing for us is that the goals are start-ing to flow again and we have now scored seven in our last three games. Hopefully we can keep that going this weekend."
Meanwhile, Accies ace Stephen Hendrie could be added to Saturday's squad after returning to training from a long-term injury.
