ALBION ROVERS boss Todd Lumsden has insisted his side are their own worst enemy after a 3-0 home defeat by Second Division leaders Queen of the South left them five points adrift at the bottom of the table, writes Bert Mitchell.

It now looks like only divine intervention can save the Coatbridge side from a return to the basement after they slumped to their fourth straight defeat.

And Lumsden groaned: "We are shooting ourselves in the foot at the moment with the goals we are conceding and that has to stop.

"It also doesn't help when you miss a penalty but that is just the way things have been going of late."
