RANGERS coach Ian Durrant has urged the Ibrox club's critics to concentrate on their own teams.

The Gers have come in for flak after some below-par displays in SPFL League One in the last fortnight.

But Light Blues legend Durrant reckons the barbs aimed at the runaway league leaders have been way over the top.

And he has told their snipers to stick to focusing on themselves in the remainder of the 2013/14 campaign.

Durrant said: "We've come in for a bit of stick and we know there have been certain games where our level of football hasn't been the greatest.

"Football's about getting results and we've just had a busy run where we won three games in a week away from home.

"I picked up the papers after our game with Stenhousemuir and you'd have thought they could have beaten us 5-2.

"I was at the game and I only ever remember them getting one chance through Sebastien Faure's poor backpass."

Speaking to the official Rangers website, Durrant added: "There has been a little bit of disrespect shown to us.

"But other people should just worry about their own teams rather than worry about Rangers.

"People are saying things about us which don't really concern them.

"Within our dressing room we've got strong characters. People should stick to their own teams.

"They can do that and we'll get on with managing and coaching Rangers. We'll do what we have to do."
