TONY WATT netted a double for his Belgian side then quipped:

"I'm quick for a fat guy!"

The on-loan Celtic striker is starting to make a big impact for Lierse after he was plagued with off-field problems in the first part of the season.

Watt, 20, netted a double in the 4-3 weekend win at Kortrijk and has now scored four goals in his last three games for the Belgians.

He was criticised earlier this season for his condition and already responded by whipping off his shirt after he scored in an earlier game.

And he was keen to rub salt into his critics' wounds after his latest super show.

He said: "My speed has always been my greatest strength, I'm indeed quite quick for a fat guy!

"It's a big part of my game and I was able to use it. I'm happy with my goals, I always want to score. I am very happy that I could get another couple and we won again.

"I have a good feeling for the second half of the season. We have a strong team here who are improving all the time."

Meanwhile, Tom Rogic endured a nightmare return to Australia as his debut for Melbourne Victory saw him on the wrong end of a 5-0 drubbing against the team that also wanted to sign him.

The on-loan Celtic midfielder returned to the A-League last week in a bid to save his World Cup dream.

But after making his bow by coming on as a second-half sub in the clash against Sydney FC - who tried to sign the 21-year-old on a permanent deal - he could do nothing to prevent his new side taking a hammering.

And his manager, former Rangers defender Kevin Muscat, admitted the defeat hurt.

He said: "That was hard to take as a proud person at a proud football club.

"I'm not comfortable with what we've dished up. Everyone in that dressing room - players, staff, everyone - need to have a real good look at themselves.

"We've got to go to the training room and find out who has that desire to represent Melbourne Victory because that wasn't good enough."
