Mo Bangura has joined Turkish Second Division side Buyuksehir Belediyespor after being freed by Celtic.
The 24-year-old Sierra Leone striker had his contract at Parkhead terminated by mutual consent following a spell with the Hoops where he failed to score a goal, despite costing the club £2.2million.
He has signed a two-year deal with the Istanbul club.
The obscure outfit are fighting for promotion to Turkey's top flight this season and his agent, Hasan Cetinkaya, insists it's a good move for Bangura.
He said: "He did not hesitate for one second. They have spent a lot of money to win promotion."
