WE are down to the final five games of the season and it is a huge few weeks for those trying to avoid the relegation play-off place.

The split and play-offs are proving to be exactly what the game in Scotland needed and mean we are set for an interesting end to the campaign.

Celtic have won the league comfortably and with Hearts in the position they are, there would have been little for a lot of the teams to play for.

But the way it is shaping up, there are going to be a lot of massive games in the next few weeks.

It will be great for the neutrals and fans but there is a lot of pressure on the players and managers involved in it.

We have to go into every game believing we can win it and I am sure we can.

All the teams looking to avoid the play-off spot are capable of beating each other so it is going to be a very exciting finish and I think it will go right down to the wire.

It will be a cut throat end to the season and every point will be crucial to every team because there is so much at stake in the coming weeks.

We are where we are so we have to knuckle down, get our heads right and win as many games as we can.

There are 15 points to play for and we are looking to pick up 15 points.

It is like a mini league now and we will play the five teams round about is in the table.

For all the plaudits we have had throughout the season for the way we have played the game, we find ourselves currently in the play-off spot.

It is very tight, there is only a couple of points between ourselves and Hibernian in seventh and anything can happen.

It didn't concern us what order the games were going to be played in, they are all going to be really tough matches.

We will still try and do what we are good at and play our game but the nature of the matches will dictate that it could turn into a battle.

Nobody will want to make the mistake that costs their team so they will be tense affairs, but the players have got to step up to the plate now.

It will come down to bottle and who handles the pressure best over the next five games.

We want to start well when we go down to Kilmarnock next weekend and hopefully the table will change again in our favour after the game.
