GORDON DURIE insists Rangers will go all out for victory when they face Celtic this afternoon - despite only needing a point to take the Under-20 title.
The Light Blues head into the Old Firm clash at Lennoxtown five points clear of their Glasgow rivals in the youth standings.
The Hoops will play Dundee United in their final game of the campaign on Thursday and will clinch the silverware if they can win their two remaining fixtures.
A draw will do Durie's side as they look to follow in the footsteps of their first-team counterparts and lift the league title this season.
But the Murray Park boss won't allow his players to take their foot off the gas and attempt to ease over the line as they gear up for an Old Firm title decider this afternoon.
"The boys have got themselves into a great position and whatever happens [today] happens," Durie told rangers.co.uk
"We're going there to get a win.
"There's no point in playing for a draw and we've said to the players we want them to go looking for a victory.
"I've had experiences myself where I've been in games where teams have played for draws and they've ended up losing.
"It's a lot easier if you need to win the game than if it's only a draw you require, so we'll be approaching it as though we have to win to take the title.
"We were disappointed with our performance against Celtic in March when we lost 2-0 at Murray Park and we've not had many games like that.
"We want to put that right and there would be no better time to do that than [today]. We are fully focused."
