THE World Cup has seen some marvellous goalkeeping displays.

DAVID SINCLAIR from Stirling wonders who Davie considers to be the best he has played with and against?

Ronnie Simpson was the best I played with - though I did once lob him while playing in a reserve game.

Faither always gave the right shouts, and, even if a player got past you, you were confident Ronnie would save the day.

In terms of keepers I played against, I rank Pat Jennings as the best.

I faced him while playing for Scotland and Chelsea, and recall he had hands like shovels.
