Rangers target Don Cowie has signed a two-year deal with English Championship side Wigan
RANGERS have missed out on the signing of midfielder Don Cowie after he elected to join English Championship side Wigan.
SportTimes revealed last month the Scotland star was attracting interest from Ally McCoist as he attempts to bolster his squad once again.
But Cowie has penned a two-year deal with the Latics after leaving newly-relegated Cardiff.
