CELTIC signing target Jelle Vossen is in negotiations with English Championship side Burnley over a summer transfer, according to reports in his native Belgium.
The £2million-rated striker has two years left on his contract at Racing Genk with an extension on the table.
However, it is understood that he is keen to consider his options after spending last season on loan to Middlesbrough. Celtic are eager to sign a new centre-forward for the Champions League qualifiers with Vossen one of the main targets on manager Ronny Deila's hitlist.
Vossen made it to the Play-Off final with Aitor Karanka's side and respected Belgian newspaper Het Laatste Nieuws has reported that Burnley manager Sean Dyche has moved to take him to Turf Moor as a replacement for Liverpool-bound Danny Ings.
According to HLN, the 26-year-old is understood to be in England for discussions at the moment.
