RANGERS target Daniel Bentley is set to leave Southend United, says his manager Phil Brown.
The 22-year-old goalkeeper has been linked with a move to Ibrox, as his contract is due to expire at the end of June.
Bentley kept 10 clean sheets in 42 League One appearances this season, but former Hull City boss Brown is resigned to losing him.
“I’ve met with Daniel Bentley and he’s very respectful towards the club and our situation,” said Brown.
“I expect him to leave if I’m honest and make a career move to a higher level but we ideally need to know soon what he’s decided to do.”

Bentley is a product of the Arsenal youth academy, but has been at Southend since 2009.
