Jagiellonia Bialystok have retained an interest and could offer the defender a deal in the next few days after the 23-year-old rejected Dundee earlier this month.
Gordon has Polish grandparents and could be open to a European switch according to the newspaper.
Hamilton finished 10th in the Ladbrokes Scottish Premiership last season and Gordon was their longest-serving player, having come through the club's youth system.
