RANGERS have confirmed the signing of Croatian attacking midfielder Niko Kranjcar on a two-year contract.
The 31-year-old arrived in Glasgow for a medical yesterday and this morning the club announced that he has become their sixth signing of the summer.
He arrives on a free transfer from New York Cosmos after successfully completing medical tests at Murray Park.

Kranjcar brings vast experience to Ibrox, having scored 20 goals in 154 Premier League appearances for Portsmouth, Tottenham and Queens Park Rangers.
He has also amassed 81 Croatia caps and will team up with former QPR teammates Clint Hill and Joey Barton at the Gers.
Rangers manager Mark Warburton expressed his happiness at the deal in a club statement.
He said: “We are delighted to secure a player of Niko’s undoubted qualities and very much look forward to welcoming him to the club.
“Such a signing shows our desire to achieve a positive balance between young, hungry players and the undoubted necessity of experience and maturity.
“In addition, I would like to thank the Cosmos for the highly professional manner in which they have conducted their business throughout this process. It has been a pleasure to deal with them.”
