MARTYN WAGHORN is confident Rangers can take a step in the right direction when they face Partick Thistle.
The Light Blues have struggled to pick up points in the Premiership this term and suffered a 2-1 defeat to Aberdeen last weekend.
Mark Warburton’s side are seventh in the Premiership standings and Waghorn told the Official Rangers Podcast: “It’s all about building on the last two or three performances.
"Obviously the results haven’t been what we wanted, but in terms of how we have played, it’s been a lot more like what we are used to.
“It’s important we get off to a good start, and try not to let Sunday’s disappointment affect us too much.
“It’s gone and we’ll learn from it – we’ll go over the game and analyse it, take the positives and the negatives from it and work for it.
“It’s a great opportunity to bounce back with three points, and the boys have been working just as hard this week to rectify things, and we all look forward to the game.”
