STEWART ROBERTSON admits Rangers will ‘look at’ the possibility of introducing a safe-standing area at Ibrox.
Celtic replaced a section of Parkhead with rail seating in the summer and many Gers fans are keen to see Rangers follow suit.
Premier League clubs are to have further discussions about reintroducing standing in the English top flight and Light Blues Managing Director Robertson is open to the idea at Ibrox.
He said: “You will be aware that there is a safe standing area in the East of the city now.
“That is a pilot project, a three-year pilot that has been agreed with the Glasgow City Council safety team. We are waiting to see how that runs.
“However, we are aware of the desire for it. We need to take into account a lot of issues in terms of safe standings but it is something that we will look at.”
