Moussa Dembele says there’s no chance he’ll quit Parkhead in the next transfer window after securing his first medal with his new club.

The former Fulham ace netted a penalty as Celtic blew away Aberdeen in the Betfred Cup Final.

His stunning form since his summer transfer has already seen him linked with a host of top European clubs.

But the 20-year-old former Paris St Germain kid has no intention of leaving Glasgow.

Dembele said: “I have a four-year contract at Celtic and I don’t see myself leaving. I won’t be going anywhere in winter.

“When you score a hat-trick in an Old Firm match, it’s something you remember all of your life.

“It will forever be in the history of that derby. There are maybe three clubs in Europe who can produce as much atmosphere.  “At PSG, I found there was not much faith put in the youth academy graduates. I would have liked to play at the Parc des Princes. but I am happy with my choice and good at Celtic.”

Dembele is desperate to make the step-up to the full French team after impressing for the Under 21s.

He admitted: “Playing for France occupies a corner of my mind. If I remain this efficient by scoring goals, then it should happen. I must continue to work hard though.”
