KENNY MILLER reckons Rangers will continue to get the best out of him if he is given the chance to play through the middle of the Ibrox attack.
The 37-year-old has occupied a variety of roles for Mark Warburton’s side so far this season and has even dropped back into a midfield berth on occasion.
Miller was restored to his favoured central striking spot as he hit a double against Motherwell on Saturday to give the Gers a 2-1 Scottish Cup win.
He said: “With the way we play - or how we try to play when we’re at our best - it’s easy to play in any position. But for me, number nine no doubt is my favourite position.
“That’s been my position throughout my career and it’s the one I feel most comfortable in.
“It’s the role I know the best, so it wouldn’t be a coincidence if that’s where you see the best of me.”
