FALKIRK captain David McCracken hasn't let Storm Doris put him off his work after the defender posted a video of him working out in traffic on a snowy Scottish motorway.
The former St Johnstone stopper got caught up in congestion on Thursday morning after snow and high winds hit parts of Scotland, causing significant delays.
But instead of enjoying the warmth of the car, the centre-back stepped onto the road to begin exercising in the traffic.

"Use your time effectively," he wrote on his Instagram account.
"So stuck in a massive jam on way to training, rather than just sit why not get out and get some glute work done."
