WATCH as the Herald and Times sports team give their reaction to the news that Motherwell manager Mark McGhee has been sacked.
Deputy Head of Sport Scott Mullen speaks to Online Sports Editor Alasdair Mackenzie about the Ladbrokes Premiership strugglers' decision to dismiss the Scotland assistant.
The Steelmen parted company with McGhee on Tuesday morning after a 5-1 home defeat to Dundee saw their poor run of form extended to two wins in 14 games.
Motherwell are now in 10th place in the top-flight table, three points off the bottom, and have handed the reins to first team coach Stephen Robinson until a permanent boss is appointed.
