Canada striker Marcus Haber is a doubt with a knock which kept him out of the friendly game against Scotland last week.
James McPake (knee) and fellow centre-back Julen Etxabeguren (Achilles) are out for the rest of the season.

Rangers skipper Lee Wallace and midfielder Andy Halliday have both been passed fit to face Motherwell at Ibrox on Saturday.
Left-back Wallace has shaken off the stomach injury he picked up during Scotland's friendly clash with Canada last week, while Halliday has recovered from the hamstring strain which saw him miss this month's Old Firm clash and new boss Pedro Caixinha's first game in charge against Hamilton.
Rob Kiernan also returns from suspension but fellow defender James Tavernier is out as he serves his own ban, while injured midfielders Jordan Rossiter (calf) and Niko Kranjcar (knee) remain on the sidelines.

Goalkeeper Scott Fox (back), defenders Paul Quinn (hamstring) and Jay McEveley (knee), as well as midfielder Martin Woods (ankle) are all in contention to face the Jags after missing the Highland derby clash with Inverness a fortnight ago.
However, Tim Chow misses the Firhill visit through suspension, with Tony Dingwall (knee), Ian McShane (groin) and Chris Burke (illness) still unavailable.

Iain Vigurs faces six weeks on the sidelines with torn ankle ligaments while Carl Tremarco (knee) is out for two to three weeks.
Jake Mulraney could return from a hamstring injury but Aaron Doran and Josh Meekings (both knee) remain absent. Lewis Horner (knee) and Ryan Esson (groin) are battling to come back from injuries.

The Northern Ireland international has sat out four games with a calf injury and head coach Ian Cathro revealed he was "still managing a complicated muscle situation".

Boss Brendan Rodgers is pleased with the progress made by the Australia midfielder who has been out since December but will monitor him over the next week or so.
Rodgers will assess a few players who returned from the international break but insists there is nothing too concerning.
