WES FODERINGHAM Keeper has been one of Rangers’ most consistent performers this term and he once again impressed. A string of stops early in the second half kept Caixinha’s side in the game. 8

JAMES TAVERNIER Faced a tough challenge to shackle the attacking threat of Jonny Hayes. Struggled to make his presence felt in the other half of the pitch. 6

DANNY WILSON Has lead by example as the most experienced operator in the Gers back four in the last two outings. Deserved another clean sheet after a solid performance at Pittodrie. 7

DAVID BATES Didn’t start that well once again but grew into the game. His distribution could have been better but he battled with the physical presence of Adam Rooney and can be pleased with his second outing. 7

MYLES BEERMAN Found the going tough at times early on but produced another accomplished display at left-back. Coped well overall with Niall McGinn and impressed once again. 7

JASON HOLT A typically industrious display from the midfielder. Put in a real shift to help out the makeshift defensive line. The type of performance that Rangers needed from him. 7

JON TORAL Has steadily improved in recent weeks as he has got up to speed at Ibrox and was key for Rangers once again. Neat and tidy in the congested midfield battle. 7

EMERSON HYNDMAN Back in a more natural berth alongside Toral and Holt in the middle of the park. Decent first half but only lasted nine minutes after the break. 6

KENNY MILLER Couldn’t get into the game as he helped out defensively for most of the afternoon but made the most of his chances when he finally got a sight of goal. Rifled finish gave the Gers the lead before he kept his cool to clinch the points. 8

MARTYN WAGHORN Had a couple of chances in the first half that he should have done better with. Lone figure up front for most of the second period. 6

JOE GARNER Involved in a clash with Ryan Jack after just four minutes as he went head-to-head with the Dons skipper and hit the deck theatrically. Had little impact in front of goal. 5

SUBS:

JOSH WINDASS (for Hyndman) Rangers needed his drive and energy in the middle of the park. Took him time to get going but played his part in a dramatic victory. 5

JOE DODOO (for Garner) Hasn’t had many minutes since Caixinha’s arrival but he made the most of his chance to impress here. Terrific finish added a shine to the score line for Rangers. 6

ANDY HALLIDAY (for Waghorn) Will be disappointed to miss out on a start but he helped Caixinha’s side see out the game. 4
