REAL MADRID will face rivals Atletico Madrid in the Champions League semi-finals as Italian champions Juventus were drawn against Monaco.
Friday's draw in Nyon pitted the two sides from the Spanish capital against one another once again, after they met in two of the previous three finals of the competition.
It will be the fourth year in a row that Atleti and Real have met in the Champions League, with Diego Simeone's side yet to come out on top.
Cristiano Ronaldo scored a hat-trick as the Spanish giants eliminated Bayern Munich on Tuesday night, while Atletico Madrid edged past Leicester City.
Juventus, who beat Barcelona 3-0 on aggregate in the quarter-finals, will face Monaco after the French side advanced past Borussia Dortmund.
The winners of the two ties will book a place in the final at the Principality Stadium in Cardiff on June 3.
