Rangers v Dundee

Saturday 9 September

Ibrox

Rangers

New Rangers signing Declan John will join Pedro Caixinha's squad for the first time when the Ibrox men host Dundee in the Ladbrokes Premiership on Saturday.

The Cardiff left-back joined Rangers on a year-long loan on transfer deadline day and will look to challenge skipper Lee Wallace for a place in Caixinha's starting XI.

Josh Windass could also return to the Light Blues' line-up after recovering from the knee injury which forced him to miss the trip to Ross County a fortnight ago, but Joe Dodoo will not be involved after joining Charlton on loan.

Provisional squad: Foderingham, Wallace, Tavernier, Hodson, John, Cardoso, D Wilson, Alves, Holt, Rossiter, Dorrans, Jack, Dalcio, Kranjcar, Windass, Pena, Morelos, Candeias, Herrera, Miller, Hardie, Barjonas, McCrorie, Beerman, Nemane, Alnwick.

Dundee

Dundee boss Neil McCann has a strengthened squad for the trip to face Rangers in the Ladbrokes Premiership.

New Dundee signings Jon Aurtenetxe and AJ Leitch-Smith add depth to McCann's squad, but Josh Meekings and Julen Etxabeguren are not yet match fit following long-term injuries.

The international break has given Faissal El Bakhtaoui and Randy Wolters (both hamstring) time to recover, while Sofien Moussa is back following surgery but Marcus Haber and Kostadin Gadzhalov are not quite ready to return.

Provisional squad: Bain, Parish, Kerr, Waddell, Hendry, Aurtenetxe, Holt, Vincent, Allan, O'Hara, Hateley, McGowan, Kamara, Williams, El Bakhtaoui, Deacon, Dryden, Curran, Spence, Leitch-Smith, Wolters, Moussa.
